A Day Late And A Dollar Short...

Let's make that four days late...lol! I hope that this is better late, than never. Right? Denise, over at Storage Units, Ink and More thought that it would be fun to have a new challenge to participate in. These weekly challenges are called, "Whatchadoin' Wednesday" challenges. You can check out the first one over on the SUINK blog and be sure to go and check out the second challenge on this upcoming Wednesday. Please come and play along with us! You can leave us a link to your creation on the official Storage Units, Ink and More blog.

Here is my card for this past Wednesday's challenge...Embossing Folders! I used my Floral Fantasy Embossing Folder in my 'Bug on a sheet of Mantis cardstock from Core'dinations. I paired up my little Snail Mail snail from the Storage Units, Ink and More set called At a Snail's Pace with some lovely shades of pink cardstock (Amaryllis and In the Pink from Core'dinations). Add a little tearing, a bit of piercing, some Making Memories brads, and a touch of silver cording, and I have a card in my stash that I can use for just about any occasion! Thank you so much for stopping by tonight...Toodles!!! :D

This is an adorable card! I love the snail and I think the brads and the cord give it just the right touch. I may have to purchase that stamp set!

How adorable. I love that little snail. What a great card. I am so disappointed that I will not be able to play this week in the challenge because we are going out of town on Wednesday morning. Bummer. Great card for this one though, and yes it is always better late than never.
