My Favorite Things Sketch!

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope that your start of the week was good for you. I just came home from Literacy Night at my school. It was such a fun time! Children and books are always a great combination!

Here is my contribution to the My Favorite Thing Wednesday Stamp Club. This time around we were to follow a sketch. A picture of the sketch and all of the other details can be found here. I ended up turning the sketch and I actually made a card with a masculine feel to it. I'm never good at those, but with this Textile Rectangles Die-namics set from My Favorite Things, it came together well. These Basic Grey papers helped too. I went shopping with my friend Linda last week, and she thought that these papers would lend themselves to making a masculine card. I'm so glad that she was right! I added a lot of stitching to this one. Let's hope that it is still manly enough...lol!

I'm keeping it short and sweet tonight. Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit! Enjoy the rest of your evening...Toodles! :D
