This week's Challenge from the Blogger's Challenge group is all about the the texture we can add to our creations. Whether it be Stampin' Up Texture Plates or Cuttlebug Embossing Folders or anything else that you may have to achieve this look. I used my Textile Embossing Folder with a piece of Brushed Silver in my 'Bug. I also tried to get a little bit more of a textured look by stamping my hearts (Stampin' Up Gentler Times set) with Craft Ink and then embossing them. I then cut them out and added them to the Elegant Eggplant layer. The little tag sentiment is from Stampin' Up's Cute Converse set. It was stamped in Elegant Eggplant onto the silver and then I tied it to the silver and lilac organdy with a piece of silver cording. One engagement card complete! It's All About Texture!
