It's the little things...

I thought that I head over to Splitcoaststampers today and check out the sketch challenge. It is really a great way for me to get inspired. Here are the results.

This is another image from the latest Stampendous release. Hot dogs are a huge hit in this house so I couldn't resist this little guy! I found this piece of Paper Salon designer paper in my ever growing paper collection and thought that it would be a good color scheme to go with my little hot dog bee. The main colors were pulled right from the sheet...Stampin' Up's Apricot Appeal and Tempting Turquoise. I ran the Apricot through my 'Bug with my Swiss Dots embossing folder. The Apricot circles are from the 1/2" Stampin' Up Circle Punch and I added some Making Memories turquoise brads. The ovals are also made from Stampin' Up punches. This sentiment is one that I've recently acquired from A Muse. The top corner needed a little something, so I added a Making Memories clip with a touch of turquoise gingham. Star Dust and Fruit Punch Stickles were added for some sparkle.

This will make a perfect card for any one of my hot dog lovers...lol! Thanks so much for stopping by...Toodles! :D

How cute your card is! I saw it this morning over on the scs gallery and I did a double take because I thought it was my card! LOL We both were on the same wave link today! Anywho, your card is adorable and I love the colors!

If you'd like to swap some images i'd be happy to do that with you. Let me know what you'd be interested in, ok?

Have a great day!

This card is SUPER cute Kimberly. I *have* to get my hands on one of those dots embossing folders for my Cuttlebug. Great job on this. I need to try the circle punch & brads thingy. I like the way it looks. TFS!
